  5. To make the dipping sauce, mix the ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  6. To serve, divide the Chinese egg noodles among four bowls or plates and top with shrimp mixture, beef stock mixture, soy sauce mixture, oyster sauce mixture, rice vinegar mixture (if desired), sugar (if desired), and salt.
